You can infer this movie is an obvious coming of age tale as i personally think it gives away too much in the trailer as it basically foreshadows the whole movie and we can tell that he will overcome his problems towards the end which is rebelling against his parents and family.

The posters make sure to feature bright text and they clearly highlight the fact a non English character is the protagonist in a UK based film. They also dint forget to feature Bruce's name because that would bring audiences that enjoy his music as it is a musical all about his music.

She tries to create a personal bond between the audience and the channel to get and receive loyal viewers who will buy and watch the film just because its made by that network. She also introduces herself while showing cultural highlights of her previous films to give the audiences more teasers.

There were many reasons why the film was unsuccessful and one main one would be the choice in release date. They decided to release the film in the same week as another highly hyped and anticipated film which meant more people would be going to cinemas and spending there money on that film instead of this film and usually people many only go to the cinema maybe once or twice  making them lucky to even get returning visitors to watch the movie.
